Nick Ceriello

Nick Ceriello brings over 20 years of web-based technology experience and a decade of SaaS engineering experience to his dual role as CTO of Quadshift and its Communication Software Group. Additionally, serves as a Project Lead for the Quadshift AI Enablement Team. Nick directly manages two key applications, drives multiple AI projects, and oversees the organization’s IT infrastructure and technology integrations.

Known as a leader who never says no to a challenge, Nick’s career began at the forefront of the newspaper industry’s transition to digital media. He soon founded a web hosting company, correctly predicting the internet’s transformative potential. Following a successful exit, he pivoted to the MarTech industry, working with innovative companies like Sendlabs and Abacus Enterprises before founding several ventures of his own, including Layer 2 Media and Ezepo.

A consummate problem solver, Nick is constantly acquiring new skills and has taught himself five programming languages. He has shared his expertise at speaking engagements for major technology companies like Dyn/Oracle. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Nick volunteered as CTO for The Emotional PPE Project, a non-profit focused on the mental health of healthcare professionals and first responders.
