Brad Downey

Brad Downey joined E360S in 2019 and serves as the Vice President of Corporate Development. Brad has spearheaded E360S record-setting acquisition. Before joining E360S, Brad was a founding member of the investment team at Acasta Enterprises, a Toronto-based investment firm, where he was involved in numerous M&A advisory mandates across multiple industries and the acquisition of several businesses totaling more than $1.1 billion in enterprise value. Before Acasta, Brad was an Associate at Fidelity Investments. Brad holds a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies from Western University and is a CFA charterholder.
